Source License Agreement

This agreement governs source code, documentation and related materials (the “Software”) purchased from MIR DIGITAL. By purchasing or downloading, you accept these terms.

1. Plans & what they grant

Source License — one product, used under one brand/business that you own or operate. Self-serve, no support included.
Launch Pack — same single-brand license, plus 30 days of email support and a setup call.
All-Access (Agency) — access to all available product codebases while your subscription is active, including the right to deploy for your clients. Access to downloads and updates ends when the subscription ends; products already deployed for clients may continue to run.

2. What you may do

Modify, customize and brand the Software for the permitted use above.
Deploy it to your own (or your client’s, under All-Access) infrastructure.
Bring your own third-party keys and accounts (e.g. OpenAI, payment, email).

3. What you may not do

Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the Software as source — whole or in substantial part — or make it available in any code marketplace, repository or template store.
Remove or alter license notices, attribution or the embedded purchase watermark.
Use a single-brand (Source License / Launch Pack) purchase to build for third-party clients — that requires All-Access.
Use the Software to build a directly competing catalog/marketplace of vertical products.

4. Not included

The purchase does not include our managed hosting, our API keys, or the GITMIR visual development ecosystem used to generate and maintain the products. You receive the product, not the platform that produces it.

5. Delivery

After payment, we deliver the Software and license by email, typically within one business day. Each delivery carries a watermark tied to the purchaser for traceability.

6. Refunds

Because the Software is delivered as source code, sales are final once the package has been delivered. We encourage you to review a product and ask questions before purchasing.

7. Updates

One-time purchases include the version delivered. Ongoing updates and newly added niches are provided under an active All-Access subscription.

8. Warranty & liability

The Software is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIR DIGITAL is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oviedo, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Company & payments

MIR DIGITAL is operated by GiTMiR Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15860347). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Payments are processed by GiTMiR Ltd via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Your payment information is shared with Stripe only to the extent necessary to complete your transaction.
