Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mir.digital and the services offered by MIR DIGITAL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

MIR DIGITAL is a software product factory and development company with offices in Canada, England, Spain and Turkey. Contact: [email protected].

2. Our services

We offer:

• An AI diagnosis tool that produces an indicative recommendation for your business case.
• Access to ready-to-launch vertical software products (subscription, white-label or custom).
• Custom software development, integration and consulting.
• A private CRM area at /crm for our internal team.

Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines and warranties for paid engagements are set out in a separate signed agreement (statement of work, order form or similar). These Terms cover only the public site and the free interactions on it.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the business you mention. For paid services and login areas you may be asked to confirm identity. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or resell any part of the site or our products without permission.
• Upload malware, viruses, illegal content or content you don’t have rights to share.
• Use the site to harass, defame, deceive or infringe the rights of any person.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication or access non-public systems.
• Use automated tools to spam our forms, AI diagnosis or upload endpoints.

5. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you submit (lead form data, AI diagnosis answers, uploaded documents, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content strictly to deliver the service you requested (generate the recommendation, contact you, scope a project, etc.).

You confirm that you have the right to share the content you upload and that it does not breach any third-party rights or laws.

6. AI outputs

The AI diagnosis recommendation is generated automatically using a large language model. It is provided as is, for informational purposes only, and is not legal, financial or technical advice. A human at MIR DIGITAL reviews recommendations before any commercial proposal or contract. You should independently verify any output before acting on it.

7. Intellectual property

The site, our products, source code, design system, brand, text, logos, images, videos and the GITMIR development ecosystem are owned by MIR DIGITAL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms or in a separate written agreement.

8. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Where you purchase a subscription or paid service, the specific commercial terms (price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund policy) are described in your order form or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

The site and the AI diagnosis are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIR DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the public site shall not exceed €100. This clause does not exclude liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIR DIGITAL, its officers, employees and affiliates from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site.

12. Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (OpenAI, Cloudflare, SMTP providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You can stop using the site at any time.

14. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oviedo, Spain. Nothing in this clause limits a consumer’s right to bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page, and where required by law, communicated by email. Continued use of the site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

MIR DIGITAL is operated by GiTMiR Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15860347). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Payments are processed by GiTMiR Ltd via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Your payment information is shared with Stripe only to the extent necessary to complete your transaction.
